Opis projekta

The goal of the project is to provide intercultural education to those who are socialy or economicaly deprivileged, and will in this way have opportunity to get more information and knowledge of importance of healthy food, healthy preparation of food and ingredients of food. They will be able to gain this knowledge and experience trough the personal association with people from different culture which will practicaly present and theach them about tradicions and tradicional food preparations and food used in their own culture.

In order to provide genuine regionaly represented food ingredients, group will connect with representatives of chosen regions of Europe, who has representative office in Ljubljana (official economical or diplomatic representatives).

Intercultural learning of EU cooking which will be done through the means of four coocking lessons on which each of the coocking lesson will involve majority of ingredients which are more used in kichens from different part of Europe. Group of girls dediced to help socialy and economicaly deprivilidged youngsters to gain the knowledge and importance of healthy food for healthy living as todays youngsters in the cities many times don’t bother about this important topic of life and many times the most economical way of buying food is in cheap stores which are not able to provide high qaulity healthy food or kids and youngsters are buying quickly prepared food which is manufactured in unhealthy way.
